Top 5 Best Things to do in Key West

 1. The Conch Train   Packed with interesting details about Hemingway,  Mel Fisher, President Truman, Railroads, Pirates, Forts, Wars and Treasure, while taking an open air tour to all of those historical locations. My number 1 favorite thing to do to get the most out of Key West is taking a tour on The Conch Train. You can purchase your tickets Here .

2. All Inclusive Water Sports The most fun I have ever had on (off) the island!  Packed with adrenaline and variety, I was able to go parasailing, wave running, snorkeling and play on this floating playground all in one day.  If it's a bit pricey or you'd rather narrow it down, there are individual options for that as well.

3. Old Town Trolley Similar to the Conch Train but higher off the ground and more enclosed. The advantage of this tour is that you can hop off if you want to spend a little more time at a stop and then hop back on when you are ready to complete the tour.

4.  Ghosts and Gravestones Take an engaging Ghost Tour of Key West on an Old Town Trolley with haunting tales of the island.  It includes a stop and a tour of the Ship Wreck Museum. Not recommended for all children, but my kids (8,10,12,14) who love scary stories enjoyed this tour.

5. The Mel Fisher Meseum is one of my personal favorites since I was a small child.  The museum provides a lot of history while also sparking your fantasies of finding treasure. You'll be able to feel for yourself the weight of a Silver bar and if you want a piece of the treasure, you'll have an opportunity to buy your unique piece before you leave.  Atocha coins are coveted by the locals. You may spot them adorned around their necks as you pass them on the streets. You can purchase tickets Here .
